How many condos are there in the whole project?

There is a total of 15 condos each spanning an entire floor of 1 of 5 historical brick buildings. The condos in building 3, 4, and 5 are each approximately 2,100 square feet; the condos in buildings 1 and 2 (phase 2) are approximately 2,300 square feet.

| How do I reserve a condo? |
You can reserve a condo for as little as $500 for a period of 14 days. During these 14 days we give you time to review the purchase agreement. On or before 14 days you sign the purchase agreement and an additional $2,500 deposit is due.

| Is there parking? |
Yes, there are 12 garage spaces, 1 carport space, and 1 surface space available. Each condo is priced with a garage, which can accommodate up to 2 cars with the upgraded lift system. Garage spaces will be assigned at closing on a first come, first serve basis. Buyers have the option to not receive a garage and reduce their sales price $30,000. A carport and surface space will also be offered at a reduced rate.

| How much are the monthly HOA dues and what do they cover? |
The homes association dues are approximately $0.14/ Sq ft. This includes: water, building insurance, lawn maintenance, snow removal, management fees, roof-top deck amenity, and common area maintenance (hallways and basements).

| Is the property secure? |
Every condo is wired for a security system. First floor condos have motion, front and back door contacts, and glass breakage contacts. All other condos (2nd and 3rd floor) have front and back door contacts standard. The entire property will be fenced and gated with video surveillance in the back parking lot.

| Can I buy an unfinished condo and finish it myself? |
At this time, only finished condos are being marketed. If you are interested in purchasing an unfinished condo, please contact the sales staff.

| Is there a place for extra storage? |
3 Storage lockers will be provided in the basement of each building. Buyers will get to choose which locker they desire on a first come, first serve basis.
